A leading brewery responsible for the world’s premium brands, relocated from shared facilities to their own building in Woking.
The concept was to provide a bold statement from ‘back office’ status to the HQ of their worldwide business. To do this successfully it was necessary to facilitate a culture change as staff were to be consolidated in one building, moving from enclosed offices to an open environment.
The overall result was increased interaction between all staff, resulting in a more communicative & effective business. The scheme was based around a central ‘heart’ including café, bar, fitness room, meeting suite & study areas. This also provided a focus for the business. Branding elements integrated into the overall design were used to inform & involve staff in the brand values behind SABMiller.
